Job Description

Role:

Support Developer in Fintech Domain.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and development assistance for fintech applications, focusing on platform payments and SaaS solutions. Ensure application functionality, performance, and optimization while working across front-end and back-end systems

  • Participate in the design and development of fintech applications, focusing on both frontend and backend systems.Troubleshoot issues related to fintech applications, specifically platform payments and SaaS platforms.
  • Develop unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality.Provide mentorship, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the development of team capabilities.

  • Assist in software deployment processes, ensuring smooth implementation on various environments.Maintain technical documentation, including design and implementation guides.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed components as required.Participate in pre-sales and business development activities, providing technical input during discussions and product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to improving the software development environment and tooling.Provide technical support for front-end and back-end fintech applications.

  • Monitor and improve application performance to ensure optimal functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application operations.

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and integration of SaaS platforms within the organization.Address customer and client inquiries, providing timely solutions to technical issues.

  • Ensure high levels of security, scalability, and efficiency in platform payment solutions.Deliver deployment artifacts along with the code to facilitate continuous integration and delivery processes.

  • Perform routine checks on applications to ensure compliance with business requirements.Stay updated with the latest developments in fintech technology and SaaS platforms.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues for future reference.Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure performance optimization.

  • Ensure integration and proper functioning of data storage systems.Rewrite and enhance existing code structures for better efficiency.

  • Support the development, testing, and deployment of new features and improvements to the platform.

Qualification:

  •      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Screening Criteria

  •       Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred 
  •       Minimum 4 years
  •       Not more than 30 % hike on current Salary

Primary skills (Must Have):


  • Experience in Platform Payments and SaaS Platforms

  • Understanding of fintech applications and payment processing systems

  • Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
