Role:

AI/ML Architect/ Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions tailored to the BFSI industry.
• Architect scalable and secure machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI/ML projects with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure robust data governance and compliance with BFSI regulations and standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate the latest AI/ML tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance our capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML architectures, models, and processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI/ML projects, ensuring ethical and secure use of AI/ML technologies.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in AI/ML, with a focus on architecture and system design, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production environments within the BFSI sector.
• Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Proficiency in data processing tools and platforms, including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• In-depth understanding of data structures, data modelling, and software architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
